● Identify operational gaps and opportunities to expand Carbon Accents’ capabilities.

● Build new processes from scratch where needed (e.g., new logistics workflows, new supplier onboarding processes, new product launch pipelines).

● Lead cross-functional initiatives to open up new operational capacities.

● Lead major operational projects end-to-end.

● Coordinate cross-functional teams, set timelines, monitor progress, and deliver outcomes.
