As our E-Commerce Finance & Supply Chain Manager you’ll be at the centre of operations ensuring that the right products are stocked, accurately listed, and financially tracked. This is not a repetitive, transactional job — you’ll be empowered, trained, and supported to take ownership of key business processes and continuously improve them. 

We are a small company, you will need to need to have the skills to build processes from scratch, identify issues within existing process and streamline and optimise all our systems. 

Tasks (include but not limited to):

 

 ● Maintain accurate financial records, invoices, and reconciliation through Xero and FreeAgent 

● Conduct expense related invoice audits such as suppliers and couriers. 

● Update monthly internal P&L and key metric tracker 

● Prepare UK VAT documents related to income and expenses for the accountant. 

● Liaise with our accountants during payroll, VAT and year-end accounts 

● Track expenses, supplier payments, and purchase orders. 

● Assist with budgeting, margin tracking, and profitability analysis. 

● Flag discrepancies or inefficiencies and help streamline financial workflows. 

 ● Manage purchase orders, inventory tracking, and stock updates. 

● Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely restocking and shipment accuracy. 

● Monitor lead times, product ETAs, and potential delays. 

● Ensure products flow efficiently from supplier → warehouse → customer. 

 ● Create and maintain product listings across Shopify and marketplaces. 

● Ensure product data is accurate, detailed, and consistent. 

● Improve listings with better descriptions, images, tags, and SEO-friendly content.

● Audit existing listings to maintain quality across thousands of SKUs. 

Bangladesh Time Zone: 

12pm – 9pm (can be little flexible) 

Essential Requirements 

● Previous experience in finance admin, operations and supply chain 

● Strong English (written & spoken) with clear communication. Highly organised, reliable, and strong attention to detail. 

● Previous bookkeeping experience is preferable. 

● Confident working with spreadsheets, numbers, and online listings. 

● Comfortable working with suppliers and internal teams. 

● Able to work full-time UK hours. 

● Fast learner, committed, and proactive with problem-solving.
